Right of withdrawal for the sale of goods

Right of withdrawal for consumers 
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

- on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at: service@clairdeluneparfum.com) by means of a clear statement in an email of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs except for additional costs, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract.The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Please note that you must bear the shipping costs of the return and you must inform us of the tracking number.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or expiration reasons

The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of spray perfumes and perfume oils, as these cannot be offered for resale once opened due to hygiene and tamper protection guidelines. The right of withdrawal completely expires upon removal and/or damage of the packaging.

• The right of withdrawal also expires if the outer packaging is opened or damaged.

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

• Contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that have been purchased at a reduced price and/or with a discount.
